Well, their newest addition has arrived! Little J was one week old when the below photos were taken–and he was the most alert newborn! He was awake almost the entire time I was there (over 3 hours!). He was SO sweet, just loved being in mama’s arms, and was taking it all in. His soft little newborn cry was so precious, quite different from the yells I’m hearing in our house lately. :)

Baby L was only 8 days old when I photographed her, and she was the sweetest little thing. She slept for most of our session, and barely made a peep!
