Now…

I did it!! WOO!! I stuck with this all year, and DID IT.

I’m so proud of myself. 🙂

This last image for my 2010 personal project personifies my kiddo. Crazy, hilarious, and always fun to be around. I took her to Disney Princesses on Ice with friends a few days after Christmas, and she LOVED it. I was beyond thrilled, for 2 reasons:
1. She sat through a 2 hour show of ANYTHING, and loved every second. Even when there were scary parts, she didn’t even realize they were supposed to be scary. She just loved all of it. I might have teared up, I was so proud.
2. She loves skating! I skated for 10 years growing up, and it was a huge part of my life. I’m totally getting her skates soon, she always asks for them.

We got this spinny-light-up-thing at the show, and Tinkerbell sits on top. Obviously, this is a “supervised toy” only, so she doesn’t smack herself in the face (or anyone else, for that matter), but you can see how much fun she has with it. I love when she finds something that makes her happy.

I did want to say a HUGE “thank you” to all of you who have followed along this year. Your comments, FB likes, emails, and in person compliments were amazingly encouraging and inspiring. Thank you all SO MUCH for your support and for believing in me. I can’t wait to see what 2011 brings!
