I met up with this adorable family at their home in New Hampshire a couple of weekends ago, for a shoot with 15 month old twins, and their almost-2-year-old cousin.

We had big plans for some outside shots of them running around, playing, and enjoying the late summer weather. Well, wouldn’t you know it, Mother Nature had other plans for us. Saturday arrived with 60 degree weather, torrential rains, and gusty winds. We decided to make the most of it, and just bring the shoot indoors instead! The family was ever so gracious to me, traipsing around their beautiful home, on the search for some pretty light and fun settings.

(They loved playing on mom & dad’s bed!)

(S. was such a ham for the camera, I wanted to take him home with me!)

(Mr. M, on the other hand, was NOT impressed with me. I think I won him over by the end though.)

I think this one might be my favorite though. I can’t take the cuteness, I LOVE it!

K family, your gallery will be up shortly! Thanks for a wonderful session, you were all awesome. You ARE awesome.  We will definitely plan for a late afternoon golden sunlight shoot for some other time. 🙂

  1. I love how you captured the true essence of childhood here – the kids on the rumpled bed, wrestling in the crib, the little guy looking like he’s about to eat the horn. LOL! Great work!

  2. These are so beautiful!!! I love the last one and the one with the little girl peeking over the crib rail. You really captured their personalities in these images.

  3. Photo Journalism at it’s best. You are so good at that! What fun memories and absolute cuteness you have captured for this family. I bet they love them.
