This little peanut here, Elsa, holds a special place in my heart. I had the honor of meeting her a couple of days after she had just gotten home from a short NICU stay for a fever, and you know how I am about NICU babies. I shared our story with her sweet family once I found out about her first few days – you knew I would! I have such a soft spot for these little fighters. I just know that their strong character is going to take them places.
Elsa’s family was just wonderful during her session. Proof positive that I really have the best clients – it felt like time just flew by! I also had the honor of meeting her big sister – little L had just turned 2, and was perfectly content to show me her books about fish, and tell me about Dora while I shushed Elsa to sleep. She even helped me straighten some blankets! I might need to call on her for some help again in the future. 🙂
Here are just a few of my favorites from our session.
I have to mention – the blanket on the right here, and below, was hand-made by Elsa’s grandma. It is just gorgeous and I LOVE when my clients incorporate important heirloom pieces like this into their sessions. It’s such a personal, unique touch.
Thank you so much, C family, for your hospitality and conversation! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you all.
