I met up with Morgan and her mom for some summer senior photos on THE most humid night. Thank goodness for car a/c! I met Morgan through another senior I photographed, Maddie. I love when my clients send me their friends! Let’s do more of that! We made sure to take plenty of breaks for hair brushing and cooling off during our session. I took Morgan to my favorite local spots for her session. There is a reason they’re my favorites! I just love the water at the reservoir so much (and since we don’t live near the ocean, that is… Keep reading

Maddie | Outdoor Senior Photos
I met Maddie and her mom for Maddie’s outdoor senior photos by a local rail trail. I jumped when Maddie mentioned this spot. It was one of those places I always drove by and made a mental note to scout it for photo sessions. It wasn’t until this day that I actually did it though. I drove over there earlier in the day, saw the beauty in person, and knew it would be perfect. YAY for me finally getting over there! We were both thinking of the same spot on the rail trail to meet. There is a pretty light stone path amidst all of the… Keep reading
Julia | Senior Session
Oooh, this is a good one. We’re taking a brief break from my lovely families, just a quick one. I haaaave to share Julia’s session with you before we are too far into fall. Technically, this isn’t a senior session. We did Julia’s senior photos about a year ago, before she started her senior year (blogged here). Over the last year, I’ve come to rely on Julia a little to keep me from being TOO out of touch/getting too old. She, by some miracle humors me, and with a smile on her face. Leaving for college in August, we decided to sneak in one more… Keep reading
Julia | MA Senior Photographer
Oh, this senior session. The one I’ve looked back on hundreds of times, and thought “I can’t WAIT to blog this, I have to get to it asap”. And then, life. Now it’s May. And one of my favorite sessions ever has been stuck on my computer since last August. Granted, we sold/bought homes like the week after I shot this, but still. No excuse. Now that it’s springtime, and sweet Julia is about to graduate, I HAVE to share these. I can’t wait for you to see them. Julia is just a beautiful person. She’s lovely. She carries on… Keep reading
2015 Favorites | MA Photographer
Ahhh! Ok, so everyone pretend it’s January 1, 2016. I’ve been trying to get my favorites up for forever now! I will be blogging all of these sessions over the winter as well, and I can’t wait to share them all with you. Now that we are settling in to our new home, I’ll finally have more time for blogging (and still unpacking!). Last year was a whirlwind for me, and it’s been a treat to go back through all of your sessions to choose some favorites. I had such a fun year with you all (can I say y’all up… Keep reading
2014: Let’s Shake
Anyone else either obsessed with the new Taylor Swift album, or have a little one who is? My daughter has been walking around the house for a month now singing songs from 1989, and they are constantly stuck in my head. Don’t get me wrong, I love the record too…but mini-me loves it just a smidge (read: a whole lot) more. In the past, I have done a whole week of favorite images from my sessions during that year. Christmas sort of snuck up on me this year, we “missed out” on a whole weekend because Thanksgiving was pretty much… Keep reading
Braving It
I wanted to share this next session I did while there was still some snow on the ground. Ok, a lot of snow. But we didn’t really want to show the snow. D wanted to have some updated headshots done (you can see her last set of headshots I did a couple of years ago here – time flies, sheesh!), so we worked around the snow. D was seriously such a superstar – it was BARELY 30 degrees out, and the wind was blowing pretty nicely that day. And yet…well, you’ll see. She’s awesome. She’s going places – and I… Keep reading
Donna | Abington MA Senior Photographer
I photographed Donna’s older sister Carolyn two years ago, so I was thrilled when Donna’s mom contacted me about doing her photos too. I love reconnecting with people! We met up at the Blue Hills Reservation one gorgeously sunny (and warm!) morning in October. Below are just a few of my favorites. Kathy & Donna, it was so great to see you and catch up!
Sarah, Class of 2011 | Natick Senior Photographer
I met up with Sarah and her mom one sunny Sunday morning way back in October. I can’t believe it’s been that long already! Sarah was a total natural in front of the camera, and super fun to work with. I’ve been meaning to share a few favorites from our session, it’s about time I got on that! Sarah, you were fabulous, thank you so much for coming to meet me! It was great to meet you & your mom, I hope the rest of your Senior Year is wonderful and memorable! 🙂
The Girls: Because | South Boston Photographer
Remember my beautiful cousins? Well, I kidnapped them again last month, and made them bring their best friends along, so I could try out a new lens I was looking into purchasing. We went down to a park by the water in South Boston to play. I love this next shot–they were playing some game, and now I can’t remember what it was called! I s wear, I laughed the entire day we were together, these girls are so much fun. Kerri: a natural in front of the camera. Sara: she has no idea how beautiful she is. Paula: she… Keep reading
